Maison des Chenes is situated on a quiet road 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sorede & only 15 minutes drive to sandy beaches. Having 2 new bathrooms & 4 bedrooms it is suitable for 2 families sharing. The property also comes with private parking.
Sorede is a quiet village that has a real heart to it. It offers a full range of shops & restaurants. In summer it still retains it's authenticity. You can enjoy the bustle of the seafront with all it's water sports & return to peace & quiet of Sorede.

30% booking deposit required on booking paid in Euros or Pounds to our French or UK account. The balance is paid 8 weeks before your holiday. Payment is due in full if booking within 8 weeks of your stay.There is a £350/350€ deposit to be paid with this. This will be returned on departure or within two weeks if everything is in order. We do not worry about a broken glass, just let us know so we can replace it.

Outside:The garden includes Mediterranean plants. The swimming pool is 8M x 4M. A large terrace overlooks the pool area with tables chairs & sun loungers are also provided. Ping pong table is also provided.
Inside: The entrance hall leads to a spacious sitting room with exit to the garden & swimming pool via french doors for dining 'En dehors' The sitting room includes 2 comfortable leather sofas & large dining table that seats 8. The sitting room lead to TV room with sofa & chairs. A large kitchen including double oven & all mod cons opens from the hallway.
There is a washing machine;
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with king size futon & views over garden .& the other with 2 single beds also with views over garden & large luxury bathroom with bath & walk in shower.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed & views over the Alberes & one bedroom with 2 single beds & views of the Canigou mountain . The shower room includes walk in shower . There is a separate W.C.
