In the middle of nowhere and near everything sums up this home. Very close to local shopping and dining. This guest house is located on 2.5 acres in a safe and quiet community in Spring Branch Texas. Use it as your launching pad to visit the Hill Country, New Braunfels and San Antonio or just stay and unwind. This home was designed and appointed for the absolute best stay. Relax in the pool, enjoy the spa, grill a steak and enjoy drinks next to the fire.

The upstairs living area is decorated with a collection of modern furniture and Mexican rustic furniture. The lovely local art and pottery provide the finishing touches. The sofa is a fold out sleeper with full size mattress. The bath is shared with both bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite dishes. Step out onto the covered balcony and take in the elevated views of the surrounding ranch and hill country. Truly spectacular.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with high quality mattress, plush pillows and soft sheets. Night stands, dresser with rustic mirror, wool rug and seating chair finish the room.

Bedroom 2 has two Twin XL beds with high quality mattresses, plush pillows and soft sheets. The red stained rustic night stand and dresser with brass lighting make the room pop. Mirror, rug, seating chair, art and bright colored quilts finish the room.

The downstairs is the "Texas Living Room" and is the hub of the home. A space to relax and soak in all the views the courtyard has to offer. A finished out garage that has all the amenities needed for never having to go upstairs. Full bath, mini refrigerator, ice maker, plastic silverware, cups, paper towels and paper plates. Enjoy a game of pool, watch your favorite TV show or play on the XBOX 1. Open up the back garage door to enjoy the cliff top breezes and when you see the view you'll know you made the right choice for your rental.

The back yard is the star of the show! A covered patio with rocking chair and cocktail table with stools. This leads out to the walled courtyard that has been landscaped with plants native to the Hill Country. The flagstone fire pit is a must to use at night as you enjoy the Texas evenings under the stars. The pool and spa are almost hanging off the limestone cliff. Swimming and enjoying the spa in this pool is an experience you won't soon forget. The views are constantly changing depending on the time of day and season. You will see deer, cattle and birds as you gaze out. The sounds of the pool spillway and the flowing river below will relax you enough to take a long nap in one of the reclining chairs.

The location of this rental is perfect for exploring the winding country roads that lead to all of the charming Hill Country towns in this area. The Guadalupe River is perfect for fishing, tubing and kayaking.There are many outfitters nearby that rent equipment, or bring your own kayaks and fishing poles. This is an excellent location for sports training with many hills and flats for biking and running. Major Texas wineries and distillers are a short drive away. Driving distance to Fiesta Texas, Sea World and Schlitterbahn Water Park. Many beautiful state parks are close by. There are excellent restaurants nearby and close drive so be ready for tacos, country cooking, fine dining and of course BBQ. Come stay and enjoy some of the best that Texas has to offer.

This is the best location. We loved the game room and backyard. Getting to see people canoeing down the river was great. The Kangaroo, zebra and peacock next door was like our own personal zoo to view… More
