Our Stunning lake house is nestled among lush trees and tropical landscapes, it is situated right on Lake Goodwin. A separate loft style guest house is perched above with big windows with a view of the lake, and you’ll experience serene sounds of the waterfall and lake.

The property is about 40 minutes north of downtown Seattle and a quick drive to Vancouver Canada.

The space

In summer you definitely know you are at a fun lakehouse when you hear the boats see the seaplanes touchdown and occasionally during seafair you can see and hear the Blue Angles fly by. The sights and sounds really pull you deep into your getaway.

In winter it a peaceful atmosphere with the fog settling on the lake and sights of magnificent Blue Herons perched on the dock. This place is truly an awesome getaway for family reunions,vacations or corporate offsites.

The main house sits on 100+ feet of warm water front with a large dock for fishing, watersports,swimming or just sunbathing. A well manicured lawn is quite inviting to lay on with drinks and board games. The location of this house is a stones throw away from the well known Tulalip Casino, Seattle Premium Outlets, Kayak Point Golf Course, Whale Watching in Anacorte, skiing at Mt. Baker, etc.

You will open the front door to an open concept kitchen and family room with incredible unobstructed view of the lake.

The property comfortably sleeps 18 people with additional room.

A big benefits for families is having a house level with the lake you know you can relax when your children are only a few feet away swimming while adults are hanging out at the BBQ, kitchen, or hot tub. You will find a well stocked kitchen to fill your every need for cooking, baking or bar b quing and more than enough wine glasses for the wine drinkers. There are two dishwashers, trash compactor, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, paper towels, dish soap method counter spray, clean kitchen towel and always a brand new dish sponge and enough garbage bags.

In the family room you will find two 50"+ TVs, Internet access an over-sized sectional which you will want to sink into with lots of cushions and of course the bedrooms are well setup with fresh sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. In the basement you will find a fully stocked laundry room with detergent and bounce a ping pong table sits in front of the fireplace and you will enjoy the view of the lake from here as well. We also include board games, a pool table, and plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge around during the warm months.

Water toys are optional and not included in the price (specifically Stand Up Paddleboards and Life Vests).

Hot tub is always emptied cleaned and treated prior to your arrival. There are two giant docks, with two boat lifts, one 10k lift for a big wake board boat -- and 2 jet ski lifts.

In the fruit reason you will enjoy picking a variety of apples, pears, red and yellow plums and cherries from our trees at the end of the private driveway! For those interested in basket ball we have a hoop as well in the cul de sac, just about enough fun for everyone.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire property, with optional access to the cabana (with optional 3 stand up paddleboards).

Interaction with guests

We are available anytime during your stay for any questions or problems you may have. We usually like to greet our guests when they arrive as well.

Other things to note

This house has been our vacation home for many years our children grew up on the water learning to swim and enjoy water sports, we have had many unforgettable memories of entertaining local friends and friends from out of town, enjoying fireworks and july 4th parade. Our home is perfect for family reunions, quick relaxing getaways, small wedding parties, and corporate retreats. We love our home and have kept it immaculate for our guests and friends, we hope you'll treat it like your own.

We have hosted wedding parties, music parties, fourth of July, birthdays, graduations, and family reunions here, people love the place! It's tons of fun with lots of private areas to hang out.
