Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback. It was unfortunate the septic needed repair during your stay. A valve was replaced and is now functioning properly. Since you were unable to use the downstairs, the owner has offered a partial refund which you were notified about. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
