We are listed here on FlipKey/TripAdvisor just to gather reviews. Google us "Ruby Summit Point" to find us.

The two story cottage is comprised of The Loft (King and Two Twins), the Full bedroom downstairs, a living area with sofabed and TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with separate shower room and toilet room. You will have access to the backyard with firepit and dining table and a grill.

Note: If you are not visiting Summit Point Motorsports Park you should choose another rental. We are up against track property therefore when cars are running you can hear them clear as day when outside. Not a very relaxing experience if you are looking for a peaceful escape.

How do damage deposits work?

If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
