Luxurious and spacious apartment with secure parking available. Accessible via stairs or lift access just opposite front door of flat. Large comfortable lounge and kitchen/diner with seats for 6 and well equipped kitchen containing everything you need for a lovely holiday. There are 3 sets of French doors from the lounge onto the large balcony overlooking North Beach and the Harbour. Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms means this is a perfect location for a large or extended family. Double bedroom with en-suite and French doors onto balcony. 2nd ensuite bedroom with 2 single beds. Master 3rd bedroom with en-suite contains a King Size bed and cot bed Lots of space and storage. Perfect location for a perfect family holiday.

No adaptations for wheelchair users however apartment has level access from the lift into the apartment. The balcony off the main living space requires the user to step up onto it, however the apartment is very spacious with a family bathroom. Drive into your own allocated car parking space and take the lift up to Flat 5. Enter the hall of the apartment from which are the doors to all the bedrooms and lounge area:The large lounge and diner contains a large very comfortable corner settee, 40 inch Flat Screen and plenty of games and DVDs for your entertainment. There is a large dining table and chairs for 6 people and the kitchen contains everything you need for a perfect stay including a dishwasher, microwave, dual oven and washer/drier.There are 3 French doors from the lounge onto the large balcony where you will find stylish and comfortable rattan furniture for 6 people to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the Harbour and North Beach bay. Focusing on comfort in the 3 bedrooms, we have chosen Sealy beds, Mitre & Hall duvets and crisp Egyptian cotton linen, making sure everyone has a good night sleep. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and bed linen and towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels.For our youngest guests, there is a white cot bed in the Master Bedroom. Please provide own linen for cot bed. There is also a handy room for storage of your cases and beach gear.

“Outstanding apartment”
We had 1 week in the apartment and were incredibly impressed by it. It’s location and views were outstanding, the facilities were excellent. It had everything you could need. The balcony is huge and we enjoyed sitting out whenever the weather allowed. Having secure underground parking was essential for us as we were travelling by motorbike. I would highly recommend the apartment and will book again when next in Tenby. Sue answered all questions promptly and was helpful.

“4 day break at court house”

Response from the owner Really disappointed to receive your negative review of our 5 Star luxury apartment which most guests find lovely. A negative review such as this has an enormous impact upon our business – I only hope potential guests continue to read the other 5 Star reviews in addition to yours, as we are only in the business of giving our guests a lovely holiday. I will address each of your issues in turn: Seating – there is a large corner sofa and separate arm chair and foot stool in the lounge, I am surprised that you found neither option comfortable. The corner sofa was purchased 4 years ago and is due to be replaced at the end of 2017 but not because it is uncomfortable, simply due to wear and tear. Noise – I have only ever received 1 other complaint about any noise during the last 5 years. There is no pub, nightclub, late licensed venue anywhere near this apartment and I can only imagine that this was a one-off event during your stay – perhaps some May Bank Holiday revelers. This apartment is a new build with double insulation and double glazed windows and doors. Bin – Each booking receives a small stock of rubbish bags and we actively encourage all guests to recycle. There are 3 bins inside the unit under the sink and comprehensive instuctions and notices on the bin and recycling store in the underground car park. We would expect guests to use this downstairs store to deal with their rubbish during the week, similar to putting your rubbish out at home. Guest type – we welcome everyone to this apartment regardless of age. Most bookings are families with older parents and having 2 sets of keys for the apartment gives everyone flexibility. We have never had complaints about this system. Front bedroom – your booking arrival was in April and whilst we do take care to ensure you enjoy your stay with us, we are unable to control the weather. Most guests love the patio door in that bedroom, leading to the 40 foot balcony and beautiful views. Guests are of course welcome to leave any of the windows and doors open during their stay, however there is a continuous mechancical heating and ventiallation system operating throughout the apartment for guest comfort winter and summer. Comprehensive instructions are provided in the manual on site. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us, but disappointing to receive criticism that is not constructive.
