Description

This is a high quality three bedroom apartment sleeping six people comfortably (2 double rooms and one room with double and single beds). The master bedroom has its own en-suite with luxury shower, with king size bed. The apartment also has a stylish family bathroom and well equipped/modern kitchen with double oven and induction hob

It has a comfortable living area which comes complete with flat screen digital TV and DVD player. There are a selection of DVDs for all ages to choose from. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the old town walls which are illuminated by night. The apartment block has a lift so accommodates people who have restricted movement.

“Great location”

This apartment is located right in the centre of all the local amenities, benefiting from sheltered garage parking on site and a lift which was essential for my disabled mother in law. The apartment is great in its layout only let down a little by the low and tired sofa. We found out the tv did not work on the second day, message saying it was not programmed and not receiving signal, contacted Gary who responded promptly but unable to fix problem. As said the location was great with shops, restaurants, beaches and harbour all within easy walking distance.

“Apartment in the central of Tenby”

The restaurants and shops in Tenby are very good, easy walking to the lovely sandy beaches. Went to Pembroke by train, well worth a visit to the castle. The apartment was very clean, small kitchen area but nicely fitted. Dining Table and chairs only seated 4 and chairs uncomfortable to sit on as they were low (not easy for tall people) Cream coloured settees have seen better days, simulated leather peeling badly off the back of the cushions, was very low and uncomfortable to sit on, could do with being replaced. Just for a note, there is no mirror on the wall in the main bedroom. It was nice to have secured parking but very difficult to get into for a larger car.

“Clean and spacious modern apartment with an amazing location”

Stunning spacious modern apartment, centrally located - just 5 mins walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants quite literally on your doorstep. Perfect for families to explore the beautiful surroundings of Tenby whilst still being quiet for a peaceful sleep after a busy day. Secure apartment which was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Parking was also included. Communication with apartment owner was brilliant throughout - even providing recommendations for many of the fantastic restaurants to visit near by - thanks Brian! Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

“No 3 The Cobourg”

Spacious, comfortable apartment located in a central area with plenty of room for 6 adults and well equipped. The furniture in the photos is different to what is actually in the apartment and consists of a corner settee which is quite low, posing possible difficulty for elderly occupants or anyone with a disability. It met our expectations so no complaints and would definitely book again.

“Superb car-free break in lovely flat”

We decided as a family of 4 to try a car free holiday, and after a longish but very pretty train journey from central Hampshire we arrived about 8 pm. The flat was so easy to get to from the station, just a few minute's walk. The friendly keyholding man was there to help us in, and show us around. The flat itself was perfect, everything you could need in the kitchen, comfy beds. even a ton of DVDs to browse through. There were some toys for children and a very private balcony overlooking the ancient wall. Outside, the town is literally on the doorstep, and the stunning beaches are very close by. Tenby has plenty of charming lanes full of quirky shops, and is well served with restaurants and cafes, bars, etc. Most of the time, though we spent at the huge sandy beaches. Tenby is gorgeous. a real breath of fresh air and it was really restful to get away from the car. Would recommend!

The apartment was very modern, spacious and well equipped with great access to all Tenby attractions, including South & North Beach, fine restaurants and coffee houses. Even had a great Thai restaurant next door.
