Wonderfully located 4 bed bungalow a stone's throw from the rocky coves and sandy beaches of Porth Diana in Trearddur Bay.
Pedwar Gwynt is a fantastic property ideally suited for a family stay by the sea. Spacious enough for two families to share but equally suited to any couples looking for a well presented, comfortable retreat enjoying sea views in an enviable location, close to beaches and amenities.
There is a main living room with tv/dvd/freeview and far more importantly, fantastic sea views!
There are 2 double rooms, one having an ensuite shower room, also one twin and one bunk room. The lucky inhabitant of the top bunk can enjoy sea views from the comfort of the bed!
The house has just been completely rebuilt and enlarged. The main bathroom has been equipped with a large walk-in shower. The master bedroom (part of the new extension) has its own bathroom and laundry area, with washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen opens out into a light and airy orangery style room, which serves as both the dining room and a further sitting area. There is a cosy bench seat around the kitchen table and room for 12 to eat. The extension opens out onto the enclosed garden, with a patio & seating area for alfresco dining where you can enjoy the views over to the sea.
There is driveway parking for 2-3 cars.

“The house by the sea”
The USP of this house is it's location. There are four different beaches within walking distance. The views are stunning and I did not want to leave! The house is loved and well care for and has a lovely homely feel. Clean, crisp sheets and comfy beds. Plenty of books and lots of TV choices. I stayed here with 3 of my children 21, 12 and 10, my granddaughter and elderly parents. The Sandown staff are extremely helpful - nothing is too much trouble. There was so much space for everyone to have a lovely holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. There is also secure parking on a drive way. We walked down the hill to the pub and pushed my mum's wheel chair back up! The Sea Shanty seems to be the 'in' place so make sure you book ahead if you fancy it. They also do take away pizza at the local Spar and I saw fresh crab and lobster to order. There are also lots of the big supermarkets within 10 minutes driving distance but we had an online delivery which was perfect. I shall be returning as soon as I can.

“Lovely views”
Perfect location & lovely views. Overall very comfortable house. Poor kitchen utensils, making it difficult to prepare a meal, especially as the house sleeps 8.
