Description
This is a comfortable and homely bungalow which is well equipped for a busy family holiday or quiet relaxing break near the sea.
>Entry to the house is at the rear via the Morning Sunroom.
>The large Sitting Room incorporates a Dining Area and has a pleasant south facing outlook. WiFi and Unlimited Broadband is provided.
>The Kitchen is well equipped for family meals with a dual fuel cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
>The Utility Room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
>Bedroom 1 is a double and has a washbasin.
>Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
>Bedroom 3 is a small Bunk Room with two 2ft 6ins bunks one above the other
>The Family Bathroom has a shower over the bath, a washbasin, WC and shaver socket.
>There is an additional separate toilet.
There is Gas Central Heating in all rooms. To the front and side of the house there are large lawned areas and at the rear a small secluded lawn and patio with flower beds. Pets are allowed by prior notification but please note the garden areas are not secure for dogs. There is off street parking for 3 cars.

“Spacious comfortable bungalow in ideal location for great holiday”
Just returned from a lovely week in Trearddur Bay & what an amazing place. Stunning scenery & beautiful beaches. Dog friendly & so much to see & do. We were very lucky to have such great sunny weather so spent most of our time out walking. Lots of little coves & tiny villages….some of the roads are very narrow! The main road through the island is superb & the coastal road is so easy to travel. We saw so many places but for us we were lucky to have found Trearddur Bay. A great place & ideal location for a base to travel around. The bungalow is spacious & comfortable & very clean. It was much larger than we expected so enjoyed the extra space & there was a small garden for our dog to go out. Thank u to Chris for attention to detail in providing many items & information which we found very helpful. Thank u also to Chris & Holiday Lettings for the information & directions sent prior to our visit which were accurate.

“Had a great time”
We stayed in this lovely banglow for four nights at the beginning of Sep. It sits in a quiet location with very little through traffic. It was comfortable like home from home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The sofas in the sitting room are very comfortable. I like the blackout curtain in the bunk bed bedroom and my kids slept really well. We visited some local parks in the area. Overall i would highly recommend this place for a comfortable relaxing holiday.

“Beautiful spacious bungalow in quiet cul de sac.”

“Perfect holiday home location home from home”
We had A lovely break at 22 Cae Penrallt, Trearddur Bay the bungalow was first class well equipped and very comfortable The owner Christopher even gave us a courtsey phone call to make sure everything was ok we will definately visit again .
