Description from owner

Description

PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.

Ael Y Bryn sits at the end of a headland in the much loved village of Trearddur Bay and offers outstanding views back towards the main bay and out to sea. The property has lovingly renovated to a high standard with a quirky attention to detail and offers a high standard of accommodation to any larger family groups looking for a special holiday home by the sea.

The accommodation is all on one floor and one of the bedrooms is in an attached annexe.

The very well equipped kitchen has fab sea views and accommodates a large dining table. There is a dishwasher and large american style fridge freezer with ice machine for those sunset cocktails!

The living room has dual aspect views out to sea and into the bay.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main part of the bungalow, one having 2 singles and a set of bunks, and 3 further doubles, one being ensuite. There is a stunning family bathroom which also has a rainforest style shower as well as a stylish bath.

The annexe which is off the other side of the kitchen houses a further double bedroom, sitting room, shower room and kitchenette and has its own sun terrace.

To the outside of the property there is ample parking for several cars/boats/jetskis. The garden which is mostly rough coastal grassland has direct access down on to the coastal path which you can follow round to the main bay or the coves at Porth Diana which also offer great bathing opportunities.

“Views to die for!”

Reviewed 4 Jul 2022

This was our second holiday at Ael Y Bryn and as the house is in such an amazing location we were yet again blown away with the fantastic views. Having stayed in many holiday rentals over the years I must say I rate this house very highly and we will be returning without doubt. Can't say anything negative as all is as described in the listing.

“Amazing Location and great stay”

Reviewed 4 Oct 2021

The position of the property is undoubtedly one of the best in Trearddur, with sea views 180 degrees you can happily lose hours just staring out the window. The accommodation is spacious, we were 6 adults staying for a week and were able to have a a bedroom and bathroom each and not feel on top of each other. The living room and kitchen comfortably seated us all and are ideal for dining. It is a 2 minute walk to the Seacroft pub and 15 mins max to the wonderful Oceans Edge. Are there any negatives, a handful but minor, there are sings of wear and tear and maybe a little bit decor needs refreshing but as we stayed at the end of what has undoubtedly been an incredibly busy and difficult season for both the property and the property managers I think this is excusable and in no way affected the stay. would we be back? Yes, without doubt!

“FABULOUS”

Reviewed 2 Aug 2021

We all fell in love with the house, the location is perfect as its just next to the beach and behind a pub/restaurant. Could not have asked for a better place to spend the first family holiday in two years. The staff at Sandown are all lovely, very efficient and responsive. Nothing bad to say, all 100 percent amazing

“Beautiful”

Reviewed 23 May 2019

We had such a lovely, relaxing time at Ael-Y-Bryn. The house is beautiful with spectacular views. We were there for a week and it felt like a month. The beach is right on the doorstep and the town is only a couple of minutes walk away. The restaurants and shops are great and supermarkets are just a short drive away. I can't wait to go again.
