Situated only a few minutes stroll away from the well known village of Trearddur Bay, Valley Lodge is a luxurious Ground Floor apartment that we have fully refurbished early in 2015, it is located in private grounds with well kept Communal Garden Areas. The nearest cove access is within 5 minutes walk, and Trearddur bay is only a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of things to do within minutes of this area, fishing, golfing, lovely pubs, cycle hire, kayak hire, RAF Valley, and the Dublin Fast FerryThe village has many things to offer on the doorstep including local shops, pubs, coffee shops, cafes, and a large Blue Flag beach. A short drive away many other interesting attractions can be found, including Beaumaris Castle and jail house, RAF Valley, a large Retail Park approximately a 5 minute drive away, (most of the big name shops are here), Holyhead Ferry Terminal is only a 5-10 minute drive away, (you can enjoy a quick ferry trip over to Dublin for the day).The apartment is situated on the ground floor. It has an Electrical Heating and Hot water system, fully controlled from a Room Stat. The Lounge is a good size to comfortably accommodate a family and has a Leather four Seat Sofa and Single Chair, a 40 inch Smart TV with Freeview, and access to your Netflix Accounts and Internet Access etc. A large coffee table, side tables and an ipod dock. There is access to the Communal Gardens through the French style Patio Doors. The Kitchen/Dining area is located off the corner of the lounge, and has all modern facilities including Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle, and Toaster, a Dining table with 4 chairs, Down lighting and feature lighting also make this a great room to cook, sit and catch up on the days events. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, modern bedroom furniture,and a wall mounted TV/DVD. The second bedroom has twin beds, modern bedroom furniture, and a wall mounted TV/DVD. The modern bathroom consists of a 1500mm bath with an electric Shower over, white pottery Toilet and basin and a mirror light. There is also a travel cot and high chair for families with babiesFast Wifi Internet Access is also provided at no extra cost.There are also a selection of golf courses spread around the Island too. We can offer a Golfing Holiday Package, whereby a weeks accommodation and five games of golf are pre-arranged on different courses. Prices for this start as little as £775 for a four ball package.
