Ty Traeth or The Beach House offers chilled out coastal living with all the comforts of modern living, including FREE WIFI/broadband. Comfortable and stylish and more than a little bit special, this recently modernised beach front house is the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter. If you are into surfing or any other water-sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the West Coast of Wales. Once you've ridden the waves, chill out on the balcony, watch the dolphins play and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the bay.

Ty Traeth comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lounge & dining seating for up to 4. Both double bedrooms are bright and spacious, perfect for catching up on your beauty sleep. One bedroom has a king size bed.

The living area has a comfy sofa for three and a big armchair, plus a foot stool. We have a dining area with new table & high back leather chairs. Just installed, is a new widescreen TV & Blueray plus FREE WIFI. If you don't fancy staying inside, head out on to the balcony to bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views.

Whether you are looking for adventure, or a relaxing break away from it all, you will find everything within easy reach. Snowdonia National Park is just a stone throw away, with the stunning Cader Idris only a 10 minute drive from the property.

As well as a fantastic sea front location and views towards Bardsey Island & The Llyn Peninsula, the beach house is also only 5 minutes walk away from the town centre, with all amenities including a doctors surgery, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema and more.

Upstairs contains the fully fitted kitchen with a superb 5 ring range cooker; double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster. The spacious lounge with a feature fireplace is bright and spacious with carpeted floor. It has a 3 seater sofa, big armchair and big footstool. There is a Sony TV, DVD, Blue Ray, feature fire place and best of all, a balcony with stunning sea views. The ground floor contains two large double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have new quality wood wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a sink/vanity unit. The bathroom also on the ground floor, has a glass shower screen & a new shower over the bath. Of the rear bedroom is a sunroom with large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also a travel cot & high chair available upon request.

Outside there is a good sized garden & patio with brand new stainless steel kettle BBQ, 2 x sun loungers, 2 X deck chairs a glass top table and 6 lounger type chairs ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. There is a driveway to the front of the property with parking for two cars plus off road parking for more. Dogs are welcome on the beach, except in the restricted area.
