Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Lionshead! Everything in the condo is brand new, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay for our guests.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by the stunning living room. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure, boasting a cozy gas fireplace and a 60" flat screen Samsung smart TV with cable. We've also provided board games and puzzles for some quality family time. The comfortable sofa and chairs create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to unwind.

Our dining area comfortably seats 6, making it an ideal space for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream, featuring beautiful new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need to prepare a holiday feast, including a roasting pan, spice rack, blender, hand mixer, knife block, and even a crockpot. The coffee maker is a dual drip and Keurig, ensuring your morning brew is just the way you like it. Additionally, there's a gas grill available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The primary Bedroom 2 offers a spacious king bed and another en suite bathroom for added convenience. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids, with a twin over twin bunk and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a 45" smart TV with cable, providing entertainment options for everyone.

“Very outdated, but the price was right for three older couples.”

The kitchen is in need of much updating. Bathroom faucets much too hard to operate. Could have been cleaner. Bedding and beds were comfortable. No pool or hot tub.
