Description

Our home is a beautiful house located on a quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac street, yet is minutes from all that Vancouver has to offer. An eight minute walk brings you to a skytrain station which has you down town Vancouver in 12 minutes. A 15 minute walk in the other direction through the beautiful Trout Lake (John Hendry Park) brings you to ever popular Commercial Drive with an array of ethnically diverse cuisine and alternative shops.

The main floor of the house has 9 foot ceilings and two main floor bedrooms with a double murphy bed in one (this bedroom could double as an office). The other main floor bedroom has a twin captain's bed and an amazing elevated bed.

Walk through the kitchen and upstairs to a spacious master with a queen size bed, and a twin sized day bed in the window, and en suite bathroom with shower, and a 150 sq foot deck that overlooks the backyard and has clear mountain views.

On the main level, the back family room with its large windows flow nicely into the backyard's lovely garden, lawn, and patio, where you'll find a grill (BBQ), a play structure, an elevated playhouse, and a cool evening place to hang.

You'll find family oriented and pleasant neighbours on the entire street.

1. No smoking anywhere on the property please.
2. The living room is above our tenants bedroom. Loud visiting and heavy foot steps should be avoided in this area after 11:00pm and before 7:30am. Visit in the dining room, back family, or upstairs at these times.
3. The fountain in the backyard is for looking at. Ensure that children do not play with it, as it could be pulled over and hurt them. Supervise young children in the back yard.
4. The monkey bars and swings are used at your own risk.

How do damage deposits work?
