A cozy home decorated in a Lighthouse theme that is close to Beaches of Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Bike or walk in minutes to beaches, stores and restaurants. The Lighthouse is the perfect retreat for couples, vacationers, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families (with kids). The coziness and charm of the place is brought by it's bright light colors.

The house addition aka Lighthouse, has been through a major renovation project. The Lighthouse has experienced an early success based on the reputation and high marks from our other 5 properties within Beach proximity!

The lighthouse is a private home. It is fully private with it's own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Great amenities such as 24/7 keys-less entry, Nest Thermostat, bluetooth speaker technology, 55" HD TV 4K and more!

The unit is personal and comprised of 1 Bedroom (queen size bed), 1 Living room (Pull-out sofa bed), 1 full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen! All complemented by a full set of modern appliances (Refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, convection/microwave oven, indiction cooktop, wine cooler and washer & dryer).

This multi-family home/triplex is located in one of the most popular seaside destinations in Naples with World renowned beaches, the mile-long stretch of white sugar sand at Delnor-Wiggins Beach, Bluebill, Barefoot Beach and Vanderbilt Beach have all been rated among the best beaches in the nation!.

Fishing - Naples has many experienced guides to help you catch that trophy. But if you want to explore on your own, there also are plenty of marinas and tackle shops for boat rentals, tackle and advice. And, if you would prefer, there are places where you can fish without a boat. Some of the more popular spots are our rivers and the Delnor-Wiggins Pass Park and Naples Pier. Many people also fish the canals , especially where and when the tidal currents are relatively strong. The beaches can also be productive, especially at dawn and at dusk. Whether your preferred technique is fly, spin, plug or bait, you will enjoy fine fishing in a great environment.
