Located close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ...), our facilities also offer the possibility to visit not only the Castello district (the largest and richest in history district of the city where every year the Biennale of Art or Architecture takes place), but also more known areas (such as San Marco, Rialto, Lido island or the island of Murano, Burano and Torcello).

The structures (perfect for single, couples, families or small groups) are located between the Arsenale and Giardini-Biennale vaporetto stops, so Marco Polo or Canova airports, the train station, cruise terminals and car parks are easily reachable.

All apartments and rooms are located near the famous Via Garibaldi, close to the Biennale and the Arsenale, just 15 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The nearby waterbus stops (Giardini or Arsenale) are ideal to reach comfortably any point of the city and the islands (Murano, Burano and the Lido) .
