In the most exclusive area of the city, just few steps from Piazza San Marco, in a very quiet and peaceful location. It can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
The elegant entrance hall, with a private access from the water gate and pedestrian access, greets visitors .
The entrance features a large and bright living room with sofas for five persons and a dining table with eight chairs lit by an antique Murano glass chandelier .The Venetian style décor has been cared for personal use by the owner.
LCD 40'' TVAux -in USB DVD , Mp3 , Mp4 player provided.
Bose mini system.
Flat wi-fi.
Google chromecast.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher , stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, microwave, kettle, crockery, condiments cooking ... ) that can accommodate six people at the table.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, two of which are king size and a single room.
There are two bathrooms , both with bath and shower.
The equipment is complete with bed linen and towels, hair dryer, dishwasher detergents, soaps, toilet paper, Wi-Fi.

Spacious, well equipped flat. Perfect location, on the door step for all the sights without being surrounded by tourists. Lovely views, light and comfortable. Accommodating and helpful hosts.
