The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Accademia Bridge and Campo Santo Stefano
Closest waterbus stops are San Samuele and Academy
The apartment is located on Calle Vitturi, on the first floor of an old building, and is very quiet

“Excellent central Venice accommodation”

The apartment was just what we needed, as a group of 3 friends wanting to stay somewhere central at a reasonable price. The apartment had everything we needed, and is very convenient for the water buses (from Accademia).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
