In the heart of Venice, just a few minutes from St. Mark's square and behind the theatre la Fenice, a lovely first floor apartment overlooking typical Venetian canal with gondolas.

The apartment consists of: entrance, living-room with sofa-bed, kitchen, double bedroom with extra bed, bathroom with bath and shower. Located in a zone of passage with shops and typical restaurants, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

public transport (Alilaguna line 1 and the Santa Maria del Giglio stop) is situated at 50 m and is accessible without bridges.

Ideal for a comfortable stay in Venice, is suitable also for families with children.
