Description - Wonderful apartment of 70 square meters, furnished with pieces of design furniture in white and dove, modern paintings, elegant lighting, wide and luminous windows, on the Campo delle Beccarie. The apartment, all paved in parquet, is composed of a living room with comfortable double davenport and fantastic white kitchen with peninsula, completely accessorised with fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher, of two double bedrooms with two elegant dove colour wardrobes and of a restroom with refined beige and oak tiles, very roomy. Special feature of the apartment is the balcony in one of the two double bedrooms, with a view to the Beccarie. The window of a bedroom and that of the bathroom offer a small glimpse of a canal.

The additional comforts of the apartment are Lcd television, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster, vacuum cleaner , WI FIand cradle for children (if requested).

The apartment is on the second floor.

Location - Inside the heart of Venice, in Rialto, among the picturesque grocery market and the characteristic fish market, two minutes by foot away from the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from St. Mark’s Square, the apartment Ca Beccarie 1 is located in an ideal place to comfortably discover by foot the wonders of Venice. The ferry stop “Rialto”, where there are the main navigation lines that go through the Grand Canal, from Piazzale Roma (the car terminal) and from the train station to the Venice Lido. The surroundings of the apartment are very lively, most of all during the first hours of the morning when the market is full of sounds and voices of the real Venice. Bacari and bakeries alternate every kind of stores. The fashion boutiques are over the Rialto Bridge, along the Mercerie that lead to St. Mark’s Square, one of the most beautiful squares in the world.

How do damage deposits work?
