This apartment is truly unique for its layout and offers a gorgeous views over two secrets Venetian gardens.
The poggiolo (small balcony) over one of the gardens, in the living room, will enchant you.
Superb location and fascinating apartment!
The whole interior has recently been restored.
It is few steps far from the Ca' Rezzonico boat stop and from the Alilaguna boat stop (the boat service from and to Venice airport).
WiFi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, all-linens provided.
Minimum stay 2 nights
Dear Guest, since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for euros 4,00 in cash for each person for each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
Unfortunately, if I add this tax to the final rate, you will have to pay also the percentage for the channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs
Since I have not the concierge service, it would be very appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible (not later than 10:30pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is around 10/10:30ap with the possibility to store your luggage in a safety place until your departure.
I know that the system makes accurately verifications on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy.
For this reason, at your arrival I have to ask for your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
Please note that a holiday spent in a real house is a different way to experience a foreign city.
But remember that a house is not like a hotel! So, do not forget to bring with you your personal stuff for your toilet.
