[ITA] Appartamento 1° piano per 4 persone in una villetta singola, a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco. Cucina, soggiorno, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Giardino di proprietà. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo, ben servito e tipicamente veneziano. Raggiungibile con vaporetto + breve spostamento a piedi.

Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00. Si può concordare il check-in dopo le ore 20:00, ma verrà richiesto un costo aggiuntivo di 50€.

Check-out: prima delle ore 10:00.

The public transport service (vaporetto) in Venice is run by ACTV. The nearest stop to the apartment is "Arsenal." Even the landing of San Zaccaria / San Marco are close. In Venice, boat apart, you can not move either by bike course neither with the car.

Interaction with guest

Usually the meeting for key collection takes place at the public transportation stop "Arsenale" (arrival of the Blue Alilaguna from the airport), from which guests are accompanied to the accommodation (less than 5 minutes walk, one bridge cross)
