Description

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Venetian house in the historic centre of Venice between Campo San Tomà and Campo San Polo. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the local living people and shops and moreover with easy walking distance of Rialto Bridge, San Marco square and Gran Canal, famous churches as Church of Frari and San Rocco, at 50 meters from the house of Carlo Goldoni.

The nearest Vaporetto stop is San Tomà on line number 1 or 2. The stop is at 2 minutes on foot.

The flat is quite large, very comfortable and bright; the venetian decorations and the size of the rooms create the atmosphere of the city and enable you to relax and feel at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, kettle, toaster, an American coffee maker as well as the moka Italian coffee. The bathroom has the window and a spacious shower. In the apartment you will find the air-conditioner, a stereo, the hair-dryer, an iron, a TV and an efficient wifi network.

In the neighborhood there are many bars, restaurants-trattorie and a supermarket at 50 meters for you to choose without being in difficulties.

On your arrival you will know someone of the family to welcome you. At the end, we are used to let you find something to eat for the first welcome and a bottle of wine Prosecco for you to celebrate your first evening in Venice!

How do damage deposits work?
