Description
Elegant apartment, completely restored again in 2016, the first floor of a bright independent building, with double facing, with canal views and rooms overlooking a quiet street. The blue Conterie is an apartment of 110 square meters, with entrance on the ground floor where there is also a laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer, iron and ironing board. A brief marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are the house with two large and bright bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom and the other with two single beds (convertible into double) with walk wardrobe; a second spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a spacious living room overlooking the terrace, a dining room, a kitchen and a terrace of about 14 m², equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and sunbathing, including green plants and privacy given by the Arsenal wall on which the terrace overlooks. With free WiFi, the apartment is located to the heart of Sestiere Castello in Venice, a 5-minute walk from the Giardini and Arsenale and the Biennale pavilions; to fifteen minutes from Piazza San Marco and only one stop away from Lido di Venezia with its beaches and the annual Venice Film Festival. E 'has all the amenities: wireless internet, cable TV SKY, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, iron and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The area is very quiet, quaint and frequented by Venetians and nearby you can find the bus stop of "Gardens", several supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, pharmacies and bacari (typical Venetian taverns), a newsagent, various shops , exhibitions and art galleries. Towels and bedding are supplied dates. For children we can provide a cot and a high chair.
