Located on the Giudecca island, the apartment is a bright and well furnished apartment on the second floor (with elevator) of an elegant estate, near the renewed neo-gothic building called Molino Stucky, and door close to the worldwide famous Harry’s Dolci Bar.

A few minutes you will find everything you need, supermarket, bank, post office, grocery stores, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. During the summer, a boat will take you directly to the Lido in Venice where you can spend a day at the beach or you can try the swimming pool located on the roof of the ‘Hilton Hotel (Molino Stucky few hundred meters away) which offers a panorama breathtaking. Walking along the shore you’ll find the Church of the Redentore and you can admire its beauty throughout the Basin of San Marco. From the other side of the island you can stop looking at the lagoon, at sunset is a sight very romantic.

House rules

Parties are not allowed.
We demand full respect of neighbour's privacy and quiet hours.
Disposal of garbage has to be done every second day at least and according to the schedule provided to the tenants by mail upon booking.
In case of any sort of damage in the apartment we ask for a speedy report to us in order to take care of the nuisance/repair as soon and as professional as possible.
For long term rentals the tenants will allow a once weekly professional cleaner to enter the apartment.
