Description
Elena – Casa Battello is a lovely 82 m2 / 882 ft2 house (newly bought and has been just refurbished) with an independent entrance.
It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Venice close to Ponte delle Guglie.
The house is cozy and tastefully decorated.
The 2 storey house has, at the ground floor level, a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen with table and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, a double room and an extra living area with sofa-bed overlooking the roof.
The kitchen is brend new and well equipped: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, boiler, coffee maker.
The towel, linen and hair dryer are included. Shampoo and soap included.
The house is new, clean and very bright with everything you need, fibre optic internet connection and airconditioning in all house.
It is located in the district of CANNAREGIO: 5 min walk from Ca’ d’Oro, 10 min from Rialto Bridge and about 15 minutes walk towards San Marco Square.
The RULES OF THE HOUSE: Please just be polite and respect the house as if you were at your own home. Respect the neighbors. Smoking is prohibited. Sorry no pets allowed. It is not possible to introduce other people outside of the guests previously registered in the apartment. Parties are not allowed.
Apartment located 100 metres from Ponte delle Guglie stop.
From the airport: Take the Alilaguna orange line
From the train station or piazzale Roma: Take Line 42/52
Nearby: supermarket, bars, bakeries, typical Venetian osterias (where taste cicchetti like sarde in saor, cuttlefish in black, baccalà mantecato and ' Spritz), chemist.
Ideal apartment for couples and families. Comfortable apartment for 4 people but can accommodate up to a max of 6 people.
