Description

Beautiful and stately three-story, stone gate house designed by and built and for renowned architect Theophilus Chandler's estate and completed in 1911. The main property is no longer standing. The gate house which the neighbors call "The Castle" is all that remains. Currently offering one room for guest rental on the 3rd floor in this listing (see photos) with a shared bathroom. Off street parking for one car and a little over a mile to Villanova University. Close to other schools in the area and two major highways. No cats.

The accommodation is fabulous and the location is perfect. Samuel the host made me feel at home straight away. A very warm welcoming and relaxed environment. Highly recommend for short and long term stays.

Enjoyed our stay. Sam was very responsive to all questions. The room was comfortable and clean. Also the room is quiet from outside noise. I would recommend this Airbnb without reservations.

How do damage deposits work?
