-ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED: NO EXCEPTIONS. Allergy Sufferers in the Family.

-Our vacation house was RENOVATED with WiFi, new paint, roof, tile, flooring, furniture, bedding, linen, light fixtures, faucets, bathtub and appliances. NEW Comfortable Red Leather Sofas in the Living Room.
-AIR CONDITIONING UNITS in all bedrooms
-Evaporative Cooling in the living areas.
-CHILDREN & INFANTS (Ages, please): MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE GUEST COUNT
