The property was very warm and cosy, but the dining chairs weren't comfy and two of the bedrooms had no wardrobes which meant a clothing storage problem. It never rains in Wales

This property was perfect for our planned cycling and walking holiday - only the weather dampened our spirits a little bit. I stayed with my three children and we hired bikes from a local hire company. The house at Walton is a perfect base for a number of walking routes and cycling routes, and a perfect cosy retreat from some of the summer weather!

Bijoux barn conversion in the heart of little known 'black and white' part of the country. The cottage was clean , well-equipped and perfect for a cosy hideaway. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with a lovely welcome of homemade cake!

Great location for us, lovely property, everything we needed

A most relaxing venue

Unicorn House is very spacious but manages to retain a cosy, homely feel. Excellent decor and extremely comfortable, especially the super-king size bed! Well fitted out with all mod cons - we could not fault it. The village is beautiful and everybody very friendly. Thoroughly recommend a meal in Jules. We would definitely like to make a return visit in the not too distant future.

Four of us stayed here for a weekend. It was in the heart of Ludlow, close to everythin, including good shops and restaurants. We walked every morning, down by the river or along the streets, before breakfast. The apartment was laid out like a cottage. Very well equipped and homely. A great cottage in a lovely location.

This tastefully renovated cottage is a real gem in a lively village surrounded by beautiful countryside. Local people were friendly, with pubs & cafes well worth a visit. Excellent walks from the front door & practical solid floors make this a great place to enjoy a dog friendly break with cosy evenings relaxing by the fire. The owner was very helpful. Would love to come again!

The house was excellent, well equipped and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the town, with its many shops and restaurants. The railway station is five minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house, which is in a quiet location.

Lovely cottage, great location.

Perfect cottage for two. Everything you need and refurbished to a high standard. Near centre of town but down a quiet alley so very peaceful. Wifi, TV, small kitchen and great shower. Only negative is parking in Ludlow which is a bit of a pain but cheap car park (Smithfield) is a five minute walk away and you can park in the street outside overnight. (Between 4pm and 10am)

Beautiful quiet spot

This is a comfortable studio flat, situated right next to a river, with walks through woodland on the doorstep. A good base for exploring the local hills and mountains, and for wildlife watching. There are also some nice pubs in the local villages (a couple of miles away). The faciliaties are very clean and recently modernised, with everything for a solo traveller, couple or small family.
