VACATION RENTAL - BEACH & DOWNTOWN

We rent by the week from Sunday to Sunday with exceptions being made on a case by case basis. Renting Sunday to Sunday avoids some of the heavy traffic associated with heading to Cape Cod and gives renters one weekend at home and one weekend on vacation.

Come and enjoy the three bedroom beach house + 3 season porch. We've owned it for ten years now and every year we pick a project or two. This year we added a 12 x 24 deck off the back of the house. We have a large yard which borders conservation land. It's also a short walk to the downtown and even a shorter walk of 450ft to the association beach where we are a member and you are welcome to use.

How do damage deposits work?
