This detached house is in the village of West Burton near to Leyburn and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.
Flanders Hall is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of West Burton just seven miles from Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep twelve people in one super king-size double bedroom (can be zip/lin to twin) with child's pull-out bed, two super king-size double, one double and two twin bedrooms as well as bathroom, wetroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, two sitting rooms with a woodburner and a double sofa bed, sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and private patio with furniture. Flanders Hall is a delightful house set within superb gardens in a beautiful part of the country. Note: Owner can only accept booking that start on either Fridays or Mondays.
Amenities: LPG central heating and underfloor heating (in kitchen/diner and hall) with two woodburning stoves and open fire. 4 Oven AGA, electric oven and hob, Small simple under counter microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, Small Flat screen TV with Freeview on movable arm, DVD Player, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent, Electric Car charging on honesty box basis, Firewood provided on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Private front lawned garden with furniture and rear shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome, please keep pets in kitchen. Sorry, no smoking. Village shops and pub 5 mins walk. Note: This property is in the heart of sheep-farming countryside, please keep dogs under control at all times. Note: There are unfenced steps in the garden and the river (which can swell dramatically) is unfenced, children to be supervised at all times. Note: The fireplaces on the first floor are not to be used. Note: A self-contained apartment, with its own entrance, is retained for the owners' use. Note: No hen/stag or similar. Note: Max 12 people including infants.

This house was absolutely fabulous. We had a fantastic week. My grandkids loved it. My daughter-in-law's parents, from Poland loved it too. Will definitely book again, sometime next year.
