Description
A fantastic luxury apartment in Whitby town centre only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has a couple of steps into a large entrance hall, great for leaving all your coats and shoes. Stairs lead to a spacious living room with flat screen tv/dvd player, leather sofas, period fire place and ipod docking station. the kitchen / dining room has a large dining table and seating for 8 people, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The first floor has a double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room with toilet. The house bathroom is also on the first floor with a bath, shower over bath, sink and toilet. There is a play room / study with a desk. A second staircase leads to the top floor where there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further double bedroom with a king size bed. All the bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen tv's. The velux window has sea views. All bedding, towels, a travel cot and a highchair are provided. Free wifi.
1 well behaved pet is considered for a small charge of £30.
Scratch cards provided for upto 2 cars to make surrounding streets (except main street outside the apartment) free for parking for the duration of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Whitby met up with family and stayed at the Boot Room .. the acomadation was in a great location .. and very clean and comfortable, we did have a problem with parking tho and seagulls our car was covered in seagull debris ...

“Highly recommended”
Excellent location in centre of Whitby. Accommodation was clean comfortable , spacious. One double bedroom had TV and en suite. Lounge is very well equipped with games, books and DVDs, digital radio and TV. Would definitely stay here again.
