Details
This charming cottage, just below West Cliff, is furnished and decorated to a high standard and retains many original features such as fireplaces, old beams, original floorboards and rough stone walls. From here it is only a short walk to the harbour. From the cottage you have good views of the Abbey and the sea. A very convenient central location for all that Whitby has to offer. Good views over Whitby.. Excellent wi fi ..

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance: Into Kitchen/Diner
Kitchen/Diner: Fridge, ceramic hob with separate electric grill/oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead up to the first floor.
Lounge: Flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview, radio/CD player and wood burning stove in feature fireplace.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: KIng Size bed , bedside tables and excellent views towards the Abbey and St. Mary's Church. Walk in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Walk in Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and bedside tables.
En-suite: Electric shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Single bed, bedside table, bedroom chair ...
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: Twin beds, chest of drawers, bedroom chair and beautiful views of the town and Whitby Abbey and church.
Pets: One well-behaved dog by arrangement.
Small enclosed seating area to the front of the cottage with ornate bench seat and good view of the Whitby Abbey..
Parking: INCLUDED two x 4 day parking scratch cards.. DO NOT USE IN COUNCIL CAR PARKS YOU WILL GET A FINE !! Free parking between 6pm and 9am in the short stay Council car park opposite the property. Whitby now has a park and ride scheme .. you can check on line for Whitby park and ride details
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Short breaks not accepted at peak times.

“Very clean great location”

“Central historic cottage Whitby”
Central to all facilities and the beach, all reached easily on foot. Cottage well equipped and comfortable, but retaining the feel of a historic cottage. Lovely attic room. Great cottage for a family holiday or group of friends. Well equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable living room. Very clean. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to steps and steep stairs but for anyone else a perfect cottage for a holiday in Whitby.

“Amazing ”
Just been away for a long weekend with friends and the kids, could not recommend this cottage more. Absolutely beautiful everything you could need and amazing location and fantastic views. A real gem. Owners great super easy to deal with we will be back xx
