Response from the manager Good Afternoon Scenic35180438856, Thank you for your review, I have now looked into your feedback provided for your stay at Fortunatus. We certainly have not ignored your comments, we have taken everything on board and discussed this with the owner of the property, however, we do feel that the description and photographs provided when you booked online were accurate since the sloping ceilings are pictured and are also detailed within the wording of the property; beds are also pictured without headboards as headboards would not fit due to the sloping ceilings. I can see we tried to assist you during your stay by looking to move part of the funds you had paid to a new property which the owner was not obliged to do for you, however, I can see you declined this offer and chose to remain at the property. I am very sorry you are unhappy with your experience; should you choose to book with us again in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you with a search to ensure you choose the right property to meet all your needs! Kind regards, Becki at Sykes Cottages
