A Caithness Home from Home.

Description*

Large detached house in the center of Watten. With a large front and back garden. The house is used as a holiday home for me, my family and you if you wish.

Location*

The house is located in the middles of the village, the village school is on one side and the village shop on the other. The local village pub is two minutes walk away.

In house entertainment*

X-Box One & PS3, large selection of DVDs, books lots of books. Actuality too many books ! Board games.

Sleeping arrangements*

Bedroom 1: Large double bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bedroom 3: One Single Bed Bedroom 4: Ground floor room has a double sofa bed or double inflatable bed for your use. The inflatable bed is much more comfortable. Note: Bedding will be provide for these two beds but they will not be made up, all other beds will be made up.

Kitchen*

Contains every cooking utensil know to man and some unknown ! Electric hob oven, microwave/grill, toaster etc.

Bathroom* One small toilet with washbasin. Main bathroom with washbasin,toilet, shower (not electric) and bath.

Drive times*

Around 20 minutes drive from Thurso, 10 minute from Wick and 2 to 3 hours from Inverness. 8 hours form Edinburgh of Glasgow.

Getting around

A car is really recommended. There is an hourly bus service to Wick and Thurso last bus leaves Wick and Thurso around 22:00 StageCoach bus no 82.

The caretaker will be on hand if you need him as is the cleaning company. I will not be available in person.
