“Quiet, Crazy Wonderful” Dutura - Peaceful, beautiful, quiet, lush, green, roomy, comfortable, spacious! Dutura Staff - Amazing, kind, caretakers, fun, Great Cooks, great trainer, attentive, major attention to details that make you feel comfortable. Those are the words that describe this place. We were met with warmth and smiles. Chisholm took us to some great spots for Crazy adventures but really safe. Then home to an amazing staff that felt like family from day one! We stepped out of our comfort zones, we rested, we ate, we laughed, we Yogaed, we walked in beauty, we were challenged and we did not want to leave. Thank you Randel and Dutura for an experience we will never forget. We were the crazy 8's becoming indigenous! haha inside joke!

“Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “A vacation like no other” We were greeted at the airport by Norman, the most professional driver ever, he made our transition smooth and for a group of 12 adults, that is tough! He had thought of everything - including bringing a second van for our luggage! The staff at the villa greeted us at the door with warm smiles and cool towels, they made sure all our luggage was safely delivered to our rooms and then the fun began! We all stopped and stared at the huge view of the Caribbean Sea spread out in front of us, the breeze, the way the rooms are laid out and the villa itself takes total advantage of that view. We quickly changed, and began the most perfect seven days of nothing but relaxing, laughing and eating punctuated by an occasional sightseeing trip. Derek, the butler completely made the trip, he was attentive, but quiet, helpful but never intrusive - he made us feel so special. Ruby, the cook gave us gormet meals three times a day. We discussed our likes and dislikes the first day and she made it all happen. We did not need to go out to dinner and the one night we went to a lovely restaurant in town, we all agreed that we could have stayed home and eaten at Restaurant Ruby for an even better meal. It is tough to please 12 distinct people, but the staff and managment at Serendipity did just that, from organizing the most incredible massage at the villa, to driving us to out of the way Mayfield Falls, they never stopped working. All the rooms were large and private, we never felt on top of one another, we ate meals in different places, by the pool, in the dining room, on the deck, where ever we felt inspired to eat that day, Derek made it happen. I do not have one bad thing to say - I loved every minute, and would recommend Serendipity to a group like us, a large family, or just a few people that want to get away - It was truly a vacation to remember.

“Looks exactly like the pics.” I would stay here every trip to Mo Bay!!! The owner met me at the airport on time, was friendly and offered a ride. Since I already had a ride we followed him to the property. If I was not with a local I would of got lost for it was several twist and turns before entering the locked gates of the property. Close drive to everything. The neighbors were friendly. As I entered the 3rd floor apartment it felt like home. Every room looks like the pictures posted. We were provided pots, utensils, plates, drinks (liquor), wifi, cable, stereo system, telephone, linens, basically everything as if you were home except for food. Ac is only in the master bedroom however there was a breeze during the day (please note I traveled in October when it is much cooler in Jamaica). The first day I took a cold shower but the rest of the days I had hot water. I like nice views and I could see the ocean from the living room. Thanks Ian!!!

“A relaxing holiday set on a gorgeous bay in Jamaica.” My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Le Mer. The owners, Karin and Coleman were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. For a reasonable price Karin picked us up at the airport and took us to the Mega Mart in Montego Bay to get supplies for our week long stay. Karin, for a reasonable price also took us into Lucea for a needed stop at the aTM, to beautiful and exciting Mayfield Falls (quite an adventure); Half-moon Bay and our transfer to Negril. Le Mer is ideal for a quiet getaway in a tropical setting. It's location on the ocean is great for snorkelling in the sheltered bay in front of the property. Ocean access is easy with a ladder or you can jump or dive right in! The coral is in good shape and recovering. We saw some smaller fish, octopi and cuttlefish but no bigger fish. There are also two nice beaches at Bull's Bay, a 10 minute walk up the road. You can pick up a cold red strip after your swim at a small shop nearby! This beach is safe and used by friendly locals. The bedrooms are huge and have a private balcony. The ensuite bathrooms have generous amounts of hot water provided form solar energy. Spacious living areas are available and a great place to meet other travellers. The mosaic tiled bar separating the kitchen from the other common areas proved to be a favourite place to sit and chat with new friends. The tables in the dining room are quite unique, look handcrafted and are a comfortable place to dine with a wonderful view of the sunset over the Bay. The large, well kept pool was a favourite spot to catch the morning breeze and a refreshing dip at any time of the day! This place is ideal if you are travelling as a larger group as you could occupy one or both of the two villas. The dogs which provide security are friendly and we enjoyed their company. They are well behaved and can be tethered if you are uncomfortable around them. In summary; great value for the money, a safe, secure environment; at a Beautiful location

“Secound Time the Charm!” My sister and I loved it the first time we went we couldn't think of another place to be. It was a very comfortable and relaxing time. Away from the cold of the us. The neighbors was nice and Delmar was as charming as ever.

“R & R at it's Finest!” I have stayed at this Villa three years in a row and am planning on going again for 2 weeks in February 2015! It is relaxing, comfortable and spacious and the staff are amazing as Sophia is the best and will make your stay incredible. I can't wait to return for my 4th visit!

“The best vacation ever at the best villa with the best staff” Alan & Reg, We had a fabulous time at Nutmeg! All six of us loved this villa/property. The ocean view was heavenly. All of the bedroom were great, and the master was simply beautiful. The staff was outstanding! We fell in love with all of them; Ms. P, Carlington, Nataleen, Shereen, Andre and Wilton. They were very professional and all were great at their jobs. Ms. P is an excellent chef. We loved each meal! We plan to retun to Nutmeg next year! We wish we could buy this property. I was told that it would be going on the market soon, however, we are sure that it will be too pricey for us. So, for now, we will just have to visit yearly.
