Description

New Farm Barn is a functional, clean, spacious bungalow in a pleasant location. Re-decorated & improved in November 2018. Car Parking is available right outside the Barn. The property is ideal for up to 4 guests; with 2 in the main bedroom, 1 in the second bedroom, and upto 1 more person in the living room; on a sofa bed. (We are willing to accommodate 5 persons if you wish.)

If a booking is made for 2 persons we will prepare the double bed; please let us know if you require separate beds to be made up.

New Farm Barn offers the opportunity to stay in a spacious, well-presented, private bungalow, whilst being only 15 minutes drive from Chester and Wrexham, with pubs within walking distance and some excellent walks close by.

The property is warm & comfortable.

A large lounge area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The living room features a wide screen TV with Freeview.

The kitchen features an induction hob, Microwave Oven and lots of take away menus!

Outside there is a shared garden area for relaxing.

The property has free Wi-Fi.

The train station is only 8 minutes walk away (Caergwrle to Wrexham, and Caergwrle to Chester/Liverpool trains)

We also have a small, quiet, highly rated Touring Caravan site, which adds to the holiday atmosphere, so you could meet up with Caravanning friends!

WE MAY ALLOW PETS: Dogs must be on a lead at all times, Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds at all.

We occasionally allow well managed children only, and pets subject to agreement, please refer to our policy below.
