This beautifully-presented first floor apartment is located in the wing of the owners 18th century stately home, on the edge of the popular shopping town of Wrexham, close to Chester and North Wales, and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Butlers Flat is a beautifully-presented first floor apartment, located in the wing of the owners 18th century stately home, on the edge of Wrexham, close to Chester and North Wales, and can sleep two people. The apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and use of an external, ground floor games room with a snooker table and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car in the courtyard, bike storage, horse stabling available at additional cost, by prior arrangement with the owner, shared use of the tennis court by arrangement and shared use of 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and barbecue areas. Butlers Flat is a lovely, romantic base for your holiday.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs in games room. Shared patio with furniture and 1000 acres of grounds, farmland and BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Steeped in family history linking back to the Battle of the Light Brigade, Cefn Park is set in over 1000 acres of parkland and dates back to 1730. The town of Wrexham offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst nearby are the National Trust owned Erddig and Chirk Castle. Within driving distance is the historic city of Chester, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia National Park.
