Description
Ideally located only short stroll from York city centre, with the benefit of its own secure allocated parking space, the apartment is the perfect location for your visit to the many and varied attractions of York. Set in a quiet residential street just right for a relaxing stay, whilst only a few minutes walk into the historical city where you will find restaurants, cafes, shops and the many attractions that York is famous for.
The apartment has two modern, double bedrooms; both bedrooms have French doors that open onto the private courtyard creating a lovely, bright and airy yet cosy feel. The main bedroom has a large wardrobe with drawer space, the second bedroom has a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2 if required. There is a brand new family bathroom with shower and bath facilities. The spacious lounge comfortably seats 4 adults and has a 40 inch flat screen TV, along with a blueray/ DVD player, a selection of DVDs, books and board games. There is also free wifi internet connection and an iPod dock.
The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and includes a dining area with seating for 4.

The courtyard is accessible from both bedrooms and has a table and seating for 4. There is an electric barbecue grill, an outdoor heater and outdoor lighting to create a relaxing and magical setting after a hard day's sightseeing.

“Great apartment, beautiful city”

“Great flat in convenient location”
Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat. Able to walk almost anywhere yet quiet enough to be away from crowds. Enjoyed sitting in the courtyard in the evening with a bottle of wine kindly provided by Karen. Flat has everything you could need and plenty of space.

“Comfortable and great location”
Apartment was very clean and well equipped with two very comfortable double beds. Less than ten minutes walk took us into the city centre. Would highly recommend for a stay in York.
