2 bedroom converted barn set on the edge of the desirable village of Lower Dunsforth in grounds of half an acre, overlooking fields all round. Car parking and use of large well-tended garden. Quiet village location with easy access to good local amenities and situated between historic York, the spa town of Harrogate, Knaresbrough, famous for Mother Shipton's cave and the cathedral town of Ripon. Also very conveniently placed for the beautiful North Yorks Moors and the Yorkshire Dales.
This lovely, high quality and tastefully decorated accommodation comprises: ground floor with double bedroom, fitted kitchen and breakfast area. Shower room including shower, WC and wash hand basin. Cloakroom area with under stairs cupboard. Stairs leading to first floor living room including 2 sofas and TV with Freeview/DVD player. Wifi is available. Split-level bedroom area with double bed and built-in cupboards. Separate upstairs cloaks with WC and wash hand basin. Oil-fired central heating with radiators throughout. Use of large, well tended garden with furniture and car parking. The cottage is strictly non smoking.

“Yorkshire visit”
Wonderful stay. Barn has everything you need- a home from home. Lesley and Graham extremely informative. Loved the area. Great walks. Bit too hot for our dog ( such a rarity in the uk) so will need to return.!! Many thanks.

“Home from home!”
We’ve just come back from staying at the barn how wonderful it has a great garden space for kids my little boy loved playing on it! Everything you need in the barn to feel home from home! Lovely oweners will definitely stay next time we come visit family! Thank you!
