Chateau Aspen 10 is a deluxe-rated two bedroom, two bath spacious condominium with hardwood floors, beautiful granite and designer cabinets. It has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area for six, a gas fireplace, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins (king), and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Note: no pets unless certified service animal with papers.

Response from the manager Thank you so much for staying with us. We appreciate your concerns and review. AC is a rarity in Aspen due to the cool, CO summer nights and the age of most of the buildings. The majority of our properties do not have AC. Fans are provided for your comfort. If you require additional fans or different ones just let us know and we will deliver them to you. Due to the prime location, in the downtown core, you will be prone to construction, traffic, garbage trucks, deliveries and bicyclist in the summertime. This summer is no exception. Aspen has been extremely busy. Town is alive with activity, people and excitement. As with any city, if you are downtown, you will be privy to the activities of city/town living. At times it will be a trade-off to location and convenience. The condo is located in the Aspen core. Everything you need is right outside your doorstep. Our maintenance staff is on call 24 hours. We run with a full staff regular business hours. If light bulbs have burnt out and need replacing please let us know and we will send someone over to replace immediately. We provide toiletries, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and a sponge. After every guests departure we start afresh. We do not supply laundry detergent. City Market, the local grocery is kitty corner to the condo. You will find anything else you need for your stay across the street. The condo’s building has 12 designated parking spots for your convenience. You are allowed to park free of charge for 2 hours in the residential areas, a block over from the condo. We are happy to register your car with the City of Aspen parking department upon arrival or shortly thereafter, allowing you to park free of charge all day in the residential area, if need be. Just let us know how we may be of assistance. Thanks again!

We will look into getting an A/C unit for the home so that windows and noise may be better managed in the warmer months, thank you for the input. As for your complaint of pricing. We have a software that practices yield management. Yes, this is how airlines and hotels practice these days. Prices will fluctuate based on day of the week, availability and proximity to arrival in order for us to practice maximum occupancy rates. There are often many deals to be found in life if you wait to do things until the last minute. Not too many people have that sort of flexibility, especially when trip planning. If you are ever looking for the best bang for your buck we would suggest trying a last minute deal! Best, Management
