Description

This excellently located deluxe two bedroom, two bath condominium is on the ground floor with southern exposure and easy access. It is light and bright with hardwood floors, and it has a full kitchen and dining area, TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. There is a brick wood burning fireplace in the condo, however all the chimneys in the condo complex are undergoing a safety inspection and cannot be used. The fireplace is out of commission, indefinitely until further notice It is less than a block to the Silver Queen Gondola. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has one twin and one full. Chateau Chaumont is in the downtown core and just 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a wonderful private community hot tub! Call us, and allow McCartney Property Management's guest services to open the door to your Aspen experience! Please note: Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.
