This spacious oasis in Central Austin is walking distance to downtown, Zilker Park (ACL Festival), 6th Street bars and restaurants, grocery stores, parks, Lady Bird Lake, hike and bike trials, the University of Texas, the LBJ Library and Museum, the Barton Creek greenbelt and more. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, living area with brand new plasma televisions, grand fireplace, dining room, and bar area. There is ample parking in the circle drive. The backyard includes a jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, deck, and relaxing water feature.

How do damage deposits work?
