In Fall of 2008, our condominium went through an extensive remodel. Our goal was to create a relaxing atmosphere that would only enhance your family's Colorado vacation. As you can see from the photos, the look of the condo is very Colorado-Mountain, with dark hardwood flooring and trim, brand new appliances, paint and carpet. All three bathrooms were completely redone with beautiful travertine, glass shower doors, granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures and lighting. It is tastefully designed and decorated with a mountain flair. We hope that our condominium will feel like your home away from home. We take great pride in ownership and want you to have the best experience possible.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a five-piece master bath; the guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper with a queen-sized bed (very comfortable!). Each bedroom and the living room have a TV (brand new!) and DVD player. Each of the full bathrooms has an oversized tub. In addition, the living room has a Sony Playstation 2 for the kids (or for the adults who are young at heart), a stereo system and a library of movies for your enjoyment. This unit is exceptional!
First, the location is perfect as it's a very short walk to the mountain (our five and six year olds walked the 100yds or so in ski boots, carrying their skis, and never made a peep...it's that close!). Additionally, it's centrally located in BC Village with restaurants, bars, ski rentals, the ice rink, and more only steps away.
Second, the St. James place has everything you need and then some. The staff is phenomenal, beautifully done, comp coffee, reception in the evenings, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, heated parking, etc.
Third, the unit is very tastefully done and extremely comforable. My wife is rather particular about interiors and she loved everything about it. (The only thing that was missing was a scrub brush for dishes and perhaps a couple extra pillows).
Finally, and this part cannot be underestimated... The owners are tremendously gracious, honest, flexible, accommodating, and have exceptional communication. Even had we not loved this place, I would rent it again based upon their professionalism.
I highly recommend this unit for families or couples on a get away.

We have stayed at this condo twice in the past couple of years during early ski season. The location is unsurpassed, it is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village close to restaurants, shops and the skating rink. The unit is clean and nicely decorated; the amenities include jacuzzi tub, comfy linens, pool and spa facilities, great heated parking garage. The staff is friendly and helpful; they promptly answer any questions one might have for condo features or activities in the Beaver Creek area. This location is great for when you come back after skiing. The ski lockers are close to the entrance and the Dusty Boot pub is right on the corner!

We spent a week here in the Fall during the peak of the changing of the leaves, and it was absolutely wonderful! We had 4 kids and 4 adults in the condo, and it worked out perfectly. The kids loved the pool. And everyone loved being able to walk to all the great activities that BC has to offer - hikes, chair lifts, shops and restaurants. It is a perfect location for any time of the year. Thank you!

My family (wife and 2 kids, 14 and 9) stayed in Jordans condo for a week over Presidents weekend. It was our third visit to Beaver creek and the best so far. The apartment is very comfortable and well located in the village. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and the front desk and concierge at St James were friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to stay in this unit again!

First, the owners (Jordan/Michele) are fantastic and accommodating, and their communication is great. Quick note, I rarely give across-the-board 5-star ratings, but I just can't see any category as less than 'excellent'.
The condo: perfect setup for families, king master/bath is big and comfortable, 2 double-bed room on other side of condo (ie, separated from master by the living areas) with attached huge bathroom(s), and very comfortable open kitchen/dining table/living room area. I'd recommend this unit for up to 6 people comfortably (pullout couch in living rm), but not more (possibly a few small kids in a crib, on the floor). Note, although there are technically 3 baths (toilets), the second and third baths are connected and are essentially one massive bath/toilet area (tub in one area, shower in the other). Overall, the condo is laid out great and is in excellent condition -- very comfortable. Not much of a view from the windows and balcony, but that didn't bother us at all.
Facility: service at the St James was friendly and efficient, and checkin/out was a breeze. We used the common-area pool and hot tub each night, which was great. We had parked our rental car in the lot underground, and didn't use it until we had to leave -- basically can walk the village, and don't need a car unless you're staying for more than 4 days (then probably want to drive down the hill for different sights, restaurants and shopping).
Location: close access to the slopes, village restaurants and shops. St James is at the farthest end of the village (away from the slopes), but it's a very short walk to skiing. I didn't mind carrying equipment for the 3 min walk; can also rent right at the resort. Overall, this is a great place, and we'll certainly stay there again. (for those not familiar with Beaver creek -- note that everything is very expensive)

Your condo was wonderfully remodeled and decorated. It was only steps from the ice skating ring in the middle of the village (which was a huge hit with our 5 kids). The St. James pool and hot tub had just been remodeled and both were beautiful. It made our first family ski trip a huge success (and very convenient to get everywhere we needed including the kids' ski school). The best way to sum it up comes from our 6 yr old girl "dad, this was the best family vacation ever!!!" Thank you so much for the wonderful memory. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

My family (wife and two daughters, 3 and 6 yrs. old) and I had a wonderful vacation in Beaver Creek -- and this started with being able to stay in Jordan's condo. He was very easy to deal with and his place was just as it's described - photos tell the story. What you don't see is how incredibly convenient the location is - walk out the front door of St. James Place, take a right and you're in the middle of all that Beaver Creek has to offer.

A beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom unit that walks out right into Beaver Creek Village, steps from the ski school and Centennial Lift and convenient to all the restaurants! Felt like home! Great layout with the kids at one end and adults at the other, each with beautiful bathrooms, and comfy beds with duvets. The living room and kitchen were nicely appointed, comfortable and inviting. The owners couldn't have been nicer!

If you are considering a trip to Vail/Beaver Creek, do yourself a favor and book this condo. Everything is top notch. The location can't be beat, the facilities are first class, and the condo itself is clean, luxurious, and in one of the best developments in Colorado. Having recently spent the weekend at this property I assure you, what you see is what you get. With two spacious bedrooms, and three amazing bathrooms, the layout of this condo is perfect for families (we traveled with our boys who are 3 and 6) or for a small group of friends. Book it - you won't be disappointed.

This property is perfectly located right at the center of the action with easy access to the slopes and shops. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four with an outdoor balcony, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding and an in unit washer and dryer. The owner also has a DVD player, a PS2 system and movies and games available for use. Not sure what you want to do? The concierge staff downstairs has all the answers. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful --especially sending his suggestions for favorite restaurants and stops in the area. The parking area is indoors with plenty of space for cars, bikes and equipment. Four thumbs up from our family and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are back at the 'Beav!
We had the most wonderful time in gorgeous Beaver Creek, Co! The St. James Condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was immaculately clean, very well-maintained, and beautiful! It is in walking distance to fabulous activities, attractions, and restaurants. We can hardly wait to visit again!
Great condo in a great location. The condo itself is nicely remodeled with two travertine tiled, granite-counter bathrooms, and a nice kitchen. There is plenty of room in the entire condo, and two full-size beds in the second bedroom is a nice touch, even though we didn't need that much bedding for our 2 kids. Plenty of Tv's and movies and games are provided, and even a Sony Playstation, which was a nice plus to see even if we never used it. Location is great -- walking distance to everything -- skiing, restaurants, shopping -- as there are plenty of condos/housing in Beaver Creek that are up or down the hill that make it a pain to walk to the center of the village. We never had to move our car once we checked in. The owner is very attentive to any needs, keeps in constant communication, and gives many recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc. that really adds a nice personal touch to the stay. We were able to appreciate how nice this unit within St. James was, as we got stuck in Beaver Creek an extra day due to a spring snowstorm, (this unit was already booked the following day) and had to stay another night in a different unit at St. James, which clearly was not as nice, with no extra features, appliances and kitchen utensils that didn't work well, a window that didn't fully close, less space in the bathrooms, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds instead of full beds. The next time we come back to Beaver Creek, either in summer or ski season, we will definitely be looking first to see if this unit is available.
