Gaze out at the peaceful ocean while sipping a cocktail on your living room deck. Live the good life by renting this five-bedroom Bethany Beach home. All bedrooms are located on the same level; amenities include a charcoal grill, fully furnished kitchen, and wireless Internet.
Feel free to bring along your favorite exercise videos, as two TVs, a DVD player, and two VCRs are provided. If it's a real scorcher out, you can turn on the central air conditioning or take a cold shower in one of the bathrooms. A washer and dryer are provided for doing your laundry, and five parking spaces are also at your disposal.

We loved the convenience and location. We had little kids and it was easy to get to the beach. The pad under the house was a great area to store stuff and get washed off.
We did have trouble getting in because the no. was not correct. Wilgus was not helpful on that. They kept saying the number was right. Anyway another owner helped us.
The neighborhood was great. It was quiet.
The bed in the back bedroom kind of slanting and soft. Others were fine. The kitchen was great. We had enough dishes to cook. The one thing that did not work well was the toaster. It was not good. It either burnt half the toast or under cooked. We had one like that before too and took it back.
Anyway, we had a good time there and the kids loved going up to the crows nest.
Could you put a softer broom in the house? With the brick floor and grout, it was hard to clean in the grooves.
We di love the experience and are considering coming back next summer. -

We arrived on a Sunday and when we called Wilgus, all we got was a recording saying you were closed. That added stress until we arrived at the offices which had the key and paperwork.
Our first impression of the property was not good.
The front door was rusted; the house living area upstairs was very hot; the screens on the porch were torn and the porch roof was peeling badly - making the place feel kind of white-trashy.
What was worse was the structural damage coming up the stairs (could be dangerous), and the kitchen countertops need replacement - split & broken at the sink.
After a while, the upstairs cooled down; I stopped looking at the damaged counter tops, and the house didn't fall down because of the structural damage (although the living room vibrates & rocks when someone walks from the stairs across the fireplace. This is a serious and dangerous structural flaw. Ps - I'm a licensed builder).
I would recommend that for that kind of money being charged, the owners would fix up the place. -

Great location in North Bethany and enjoyed having use of the tennis court. However, the house is looking a bit tired (windows hard to open and close; old bathrooms; kitchen counters have sustained water damage). Kitchen is thinly stocked with cooking utensils, although ample dishes and cutlery and refrigerator and washer/dryer have been recently replaced. Nice screened in porch.
