WIFI, Washer/Dryer (Special detergent necessary for the energy efficient washing machine.), balcony and more. Community features 12 pools (2 heated), tennis courts, fitness center, walking paths, life guarded beaches and so much more. 2 parking spaces (One assigned, one unassigned). Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. Additional recreation fee required.
