Welcome to Bethany Proper. A great community just 3-4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy staying in this updated four bedroom unit with two full baths and one half bath plus enclosed outside shower. Main level consists of the kitchen, dining, living area, bonus sitting area, bedroom and 1/2 bath. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (one suite) and two bathrooms. Community features pool, kiddie pool and tennis. Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Response from the manager Thank you for your comments. Bethany Beach is a pedestrian friendly family town. The highway speed is 35mph between two red lights 1/4 mile apart. Crossing the highway is both easy and safe.
