We love staying at Sea Colony. Our unit was fabulous in every way except that it was a bit grungy. The carpets were filthy and the bathrooms were dirty.

We have stayed at this property for the last five years and appreciate how the owner has continually provided updates such as WiFi access, large screen Tv's, new furniture...etc. The location and Sea Colony amenities plus the 3 bedroom size fits our needs perfectly.

This was our first visit to Bethany Beach. There were so many rentals to choose from but I kept coming back to this one. In our group there were 4 adults and a 2 year old. We had plenty of space - never felt crowded. The wrap around balcony was a nice addition.The mesh on the railings of the balcony was a nice safety feature with the two year old. When we were first there we had no hot water and could not find the circuit breaker. Turns out to be in the kitchen but it is covered with wall paper. This does look better than an ugly gray box but had us tricked. Luckily, the people at Wilgus were able to contact the owner and that problem was solved. In the bathroom by the double bed bedroom the knob for turning on the shower kept falling off. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans and utensils. And for coffee lovers the Keurig coffee maker you would be happy to see a Kuerig as well as a traditional coffee maker. We really enjoyed our week and would absolutely lease this property again!

This is our 7th year staying at Dover 410. The unit fits our families' needs to a "T". Check in was a snap and the unit was the cleanist it has been in seven years! My family and I were able to unpack and hit the beach in record time! Keep up the excellent service.

We love the property and it fits our family's needs just perfect. We had to call maintenance for repair of a towel rack and replacement of the toilet flush mechanism, which was promptly handled and the service technician was very courteous and professional.

We have stayed at Sea Colony and this specific condo for the last 6 years. We are always impressed with the cleanliness of the Sea Colony property and grounds and 410 Dover is also kept in very good shape. Upgrades to the condo such as wi-fi and flat screen TV are a plus.

Dover 410 accommodates my family very well. The separate dining area off the living room is perfect for the kids while the adults get to share their day with each other at the dining room table. The furnishings are quite comfortable and the wrap around porch is big enough for my family to enjoy the oceanfront view together.

This was my 30th year staying at Sea Colony. I stayed for 22 days starting May 26 and departing June 18,2010. I stayed solo for much of the time and had my son and his family for Memorial Day weekend, my invalid Mother and sister for 4 days and my husband for 5. I like 410 very much except for the mesh on the railings of the balcony ( though I understand there might be a need for it) and the upholstery on the dinning chairs and the pink living room chairs was stained and looked dirty. The painted walls were also dirty and scuffed and the balcony furniture old and stained, but comfortable enough.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen lovely to work in. Even with the criticisms I liked the unit and would definitely rent again. The price was certainly great for a big 3 bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at 410. However in the second bedroom with two double beds the mattress on the left side of the room creaked EVERY SINGLE time you turned over so it kept the sleeper up alot at night. Otherwise the accomodations were lovely.
With regard to Sea Colony our family has been coming for 30 years and have never experienced such an ordeal with the rental of chairs. This could be a reason to not return in the future for us. There were no longer wooden chairs available and it sounded like they are now reserved for the owners as well they no longer set up your chairs before arriving at the beach they await your arrival, this means not getting a good spot on the beach unless you are out there by 10am. -

Dover 410 at Sea Colony was a perfect rental that met all our vacation needs.
The unit was well equipped and the furnishings suited our party perfectly.
The ocean and pool views were extraordinary. We were able to keep an eye on our teenagers almost the whole time.
The activities provided by Sea Colony for everyone turned out to be rewarding.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, just maybe that it was too short. -

The owner made some very nice improvements from last year with flat screen wall mounted TV's, wireless Internet. The condo is spacious yet warm and inviting. We love that it is a corner unit with the wrap around balcony and child proof railings for the grandchildren's safety. Bedroom accommodations suit our families perfectly. The twin beds could use an upgrade on mattresses but other than that, the furnishings are well maintained.

I stayed at this particular unit b/c it had the exact layout I required and I was pleasantly surprised.
The bedrooms and main living spaces are great & kept well. However, the mast bath needs updating.
Overall, the unit was located in a super spot, not too close to crowded areas but central enough.

Thank you for your comments. The fixtures in all of the bathrooms (sinks and showers) were replaced last year with new upscale fittings. The tubs are recaulked at the beginning of each season and the bathmat and shower curtain will be replaced.

We enjoyed going through Wilgus & really liked 410 dover, especially the wrap around deck. However, the height made me nervous with my now 2 year old grandson & we have decided to rent a unit on the first floor which i did not find through Wilgus.
