One level living with a GREAT ocean front balcony. Community features 12 pools (2 heated), tennis courts, fitness center, walking paths, life guarded beaches and so much more. 2 parking spaces (One assigned, one unassigned). Rec fee must be paid per person at Sea Colony after check in with our office. This community charges a $45 rec fee (per person fee ages 4 and older). Linens and towels not provided. “Great Vacation”
Had a good week in Dover 410. It was clean and had all the modern conveniences necessary with an excellent location for pools and the beach. Would rent this unit again.

“Very comfortable ands fits our family needs perfectly”
Sea Colony is always kept in immaculate condition. We love the facilities and the condo itself. The owners keep the condo up to date and it is in clean condition.

We have stayed in 410 Dover before .The unit itself is beautiful.The kitchen needs a few new non stick frying pans and a few new pots .The dishes are extremely heavy.Love our time there always,

“Vacationing at Bethany Beach, Delaware.”

“Great location but dirty!”
We love staying at Sea Colony. Our unit was fabulous in every way except that it was a bit grungy. The carpets were filthy and the bathrooms were dirty.
