Quiet, peaceful, secluded beautiful 3BR 2BA house on Lake Proctor - one of the top 10 bass lakes in Texas!
Private, secluded newer home on almost 5 acres on Lake Proctor. Lake access for walking, swimming, floating, fishing and kyaks or canoe's. (Boat ramp for launching trailered boats is just 3 miles at Promentory Park). The acreage is tree covered but with plenty of walking areas.
Fully furnished - includes linens and towels. One bedroom downstairs / two bedrooms upstairs with a den and a lazyboy sleeper sofa. Two full beds, one single bed, one nice sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a futon bed in the great room downstairs (sleeps 2).
Direct TV NOW and 50” smart TV that you can cast any of your devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone), High Speed (6.0mps)DSL wi-fi unlimited internet.
Kitchen has microwave, elect stove/oven. Coffee maker, toaster, refrig/freezer. One guest baked her son's wedding cake in this kitchen! We leave condiments, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, etc - If you prefer sealed you can bring your own.
Large deck all around the house. The back of the house faces the lake and has a covered deck area that is 32x12.
Nearby quaint Texas towns - DeLeon and Comanche offer much in the way of local flavor - local restaurants and small town atmosphere. Dublin is the home of Ben Hogan (museum) and Dublin Bottling Works and Dr Pepper Museum. Stephenville is the "Cowboy Capital of the World" with a great arena and home of Tarleton State University.
Most guests state that the peacefulness and quietness - great views of the night sky - are some of the most charming qualities of the home. Along with a lot of natural wildlife such as deer, squirell, lake birds, etc. are wonderful.

“Perfect Relaxing Getaway!!”
The Cabin was so nice!! We loved our stay here. Nice beach area, perfect swimming area. Very well stocked with supplies and things you might need. We will definitely be going back.
