Most people want a view! (WE ARE THE VIEW)! House built on side of mtn.-you don't see to many houses built on side of mtn. with these views. You have views within the house. (Vaulted Ceiling)-whole side of house has windows and you have views of the mtns and your looking down at everyone. The house is where-when you leave the city and the mtns begin, so your in the mtns and close to the city( perfect location) .(Beautiful Custom homes) with views!!! Has bedroom room and family room with TV- Has deck with views. You have room and privacy to relax and enjoy quality time with loved ones
THE IS SANITIZED AND GREAT PLACE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING-A LOT OF OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
The house strickly for paid guests only day or night-no parties or gathering or events-. owner operated - will check in and not seen after-owners have a separate mother-in-law suite on first floor. Vacation rental area is 3,000 square feet on side of mtn. Room for two cars to park. The house is roomy with a lot of privacy
This is one of those dream houses you look up at from highway I-70 .This was Buffalo Bill's and the Indians old Stomping grounds Absolutely( BEAUTIFUL AREA), also in the area is Saint Mother Cabrini Shrine, people from all over the world come to visit -holy land-( HISTORIC AREA) Also in the neighborhood is the Famous Spaceship House. it's where they filmed the movie Sleepers and Charlie's
Real close is Famous RedRocks Concerts.where they have outdoor concerts, several artist who perform at Redrocks like to stay at the house.the most beautiful place to have a concert is Famous Redrocks. The house is prime location close to all the main attractions and close to metro area and mtns.
